Nothing too serious for the horses this morning, quiet canters after we finally got the yard and lanes salted. I thought Polydora showed a little more enthusiasm for the job and travelled nicely until the ground in the home straight was just too much for him for the third time. Brian Hughes rides very seldom for us but his feed back was that of a champion. The pace of the race allowed him time to keep filling and cajoling the horse along without having to force him which we all hope helps him going forward.
