Lamanver Odessey and Neville's Cross are both in good shape this morning. 

Naturally, we are over the moon to have had two winners and a third beaten a short head and nose on a Saturday at Newbury. However, disappointment is my over riding emotion with Kateson and Polydora. Polydora never went a yard, Nico felt his breathing was compromised and the race certainly didn’t come back to Kateson. I think Kateson’s race will work out to be very decent as time goes by, he just never got into it. Polydora will either run back soon enough with a tongue tie or we will investigate his wind with an over ground scope.

Nothing too serious for any of the horses this morning, Christopher Robin jumped eight hurdles and heads to Doncaster tomorrow. To read my thoughts click here.
