Gabriel Oats won nicely given a super ride by Richard Johnson. I did tell my accountant to have his 50p on him yesterday, I hope your reading tonight Martin. Keep the invoice down!

Marie Steel, Gabriel Oats breeder and a member of our racing club was besides herself with emotion. Andrew Huckfield and Simon Dashwood were on hand to help! He is not a horse to run back quickly, we will have to take what the handicapper gives us and wait for him to tell us he’s ready for another outing. There has been a huge amount of work put into Gabriel since he arrived here, today we reaped the reward. 

We are still recruiting new members for the racing club and have 2 decent horses capable of winning their races both over hurdles and in time fences. Please get in touch if you would to join.

We scared a fair few rabbits last night, I’m sure someone has been tampering with my cartridges. The neighbours will be having a decent stew in the next couple of days but won’t be getting too fat.

Not only a fantastic day for us - Tommie O'Brien our stable amateur rode a winner at Galway Festival no less. Congradulations Tommie.
