I should be happy with the way the two horses ran today and I am, although frustrated with 2 seconds. Pinnacle Panda confirmed he needs soft in the going description, he didn’t let himself down at Fontwell on a sounder surface and I think there was an element of the same thing today.

Man O’ Words ran a blinder, the race wasn’t run to suit him - had there been more pace early on I have no doubt in my mind he would have won, and comfortably. Man O’ Words is for sale, he’s a horse for the future and Richard Johnson was very taken with him, he would recommend him to any potential purchaser.  I would highly recommend him. He will win his races en route to being a smashing chaser.
