I think yesterday has to go down as one of the most disgusting days on record weather wise, it was foul. Hopefully, I have scored enough brownie points for the next 8 or 9 years. We went to the cinema and bowling. If anyone, plenty do, have a problem paying £10 for a day at point to point take 5 to the cinema, including popcorn, lunch and bowling for the afternoon.

Typical Monday morning canters for the horses, they appear fresh and well. Colorado Gold has come home from Barbury Castle absolutely fine, she will have an easy time of it for now and be aimed at a bumper at Catterick in March before getting another summer under her belt.

We have plenty of entries this week, Silk Run starts the week’s runners off tomorrow at Leicester.

Myracingtips who sponsored the race at Hereford last week won by Colt Lightning kindly sent us a tin of delicious chocolate cookies. They were delivered to the house and sadly won’t make it to the tack room.
