Lagonda, Glory and Honour, Lossiemouth and Argonauta are all in fine shape after their runs.
This morning we worked Piaff Bubbles, Tea Clipper, Unohu, Dorking Boy and King Ferdinand. The majority of the other horses cantered a mile on the sand and swung up the hill once. Fair Kate, Velasco, New Moon and a handful of unraced four years schooled over fences.
Storm Christopher seems to have passed without leaving too much carnage behind him, the winter ground is certainly here and those jumpers bumpers cards are seriously appreciated. Having horses stood in stables that are ready to run, especially young horses is very frustrating. There is very small window of opportunity to run four/five year olds in their first season. I believe, the younger horses only come cherry ripe once a year and they need to get on track when that times comes.
