Fair Kate is in good shape this morning, she is a frame of a filly and will only improve for time.

Until we see rain on the horizon our horses will be kept on tick over. The older horses have all had plenty of racing and the younger ones are sitting in the wings waiting for a run, they aren't lacking fitness.

It was very satisfying to get Flashing Glance’s head back in front at Ludlow this afternoon, he hasn’t done a lot wrong since we sent him back over hurdles and deserved a win. Joe must take plenty of credit, he rides him everyday and rest assured he isn’t easy. Thankfully, he has grown up somewhat and when the time is right we will send him back over fences. He ought to retain his novice chase status for twelve months.

No runners tomorrow, the car can cool its jets for the day.
