Silent Man and Sioned are both in good shape after their win at Ffos Las yesterday, he may head to Lingfield a week today under a penalty.

Nothing too serious for the horses this morning, Stung for Cash and Scipion jumped some fences, Glory and Honour, Dorking Boy and Red Nika all had a blow on the hill.
