En Meme Temps stepped forward today and was beaten by what looks a very well handicapped horse off 113. Given the winner has won two bumpers and was only beaten 8 lengths by a 140 horse in February 113 seems incredibly generous. The handicapper claims he is even handed yet I struggle to agree that to be the case. I once questioned a horse’s mark to be told he was not stopping my yard. It is individual horses they are suppose to handicap not yards. Polydora has been dropped another 2lbs yet they were happy to stick him up 12lbs after his win at Newcastle. They crucified Polydora and have dropped him 3lbs on the back of his last two runs when in fact he should have been given half of what he was after Newcastle. He is still 3lbs wrong on my ratings.

This morning we worked Meep Meep, Kateson, Lossiemouth, JohnBB, Lagonda, Thais Toir, Floating Rock and Flashing Glance. Pete the hug was here to see Meep Meep and Silk Run, Alan and Trea Newell were here to see Lagonda. The other horses all put in plenty of yards a gear slower.
