Glory and Fortune and Kateson did a couple of swinging canters up the hill, the other horses lobbed quietly around the sand. We won’t be sending too many horses to the races until the ground improves. 

To read Davy Russell won’t be riding at the Cheltenham festival is a massive lose to the week, it is the Olympics of our year and Davy has always been one of the stars of the show, his record at Cheltenham is something to behold. When AP retired I thought watching horse racing would never be the same again. When AP was riding my first thought would always be to look where he was positioned. Given Davy would often be on a fancied one I would have the same thought watching him around Cheltenham and that is something I will miss seeing. Hopefully, we will get to see him back there with an enormous crowd in 2022.
