A mixed bag of weather in Cornwall last week with 6 kids, a 24-mile bike ride for Padstow to Bodmin jail was the final straw. Now back at work for a rest.

Yesterday Vado Forte, Sword of Fate, Equus Amadeus and a few 3 year olds we gave a short break too all came back in. Flashing Glance returned this morning. All have had a very good summer at grass. A few more are due back this week too.

Not having many summer horses, we have been very quiet on the runner’s front and those that have run Bhakti, Midnight Monty, Arctic Sword, Ridgeway Pearl and Amalfi Doug will all head to Goffs UK Doncaster August sale next month.

The water walk was always going to be a trail and error project and some modifications are required. The horses love it once they realsie what is expected of them, getting one or 2 through for the first time this morning made for amusement. Flashing Glance won gold for his dive!
