Piaff Bubbles in in good shape this morning, he is a horse who needs time and does what he does on pure ability rather than physical strength. He is a horse to look forward too when he fills his frame.
Hazzaar found it all a little too sharp and was in top gear from the get go, due to the aforementioned, his jumping was accurate and at times ugly. Glory and Fortune got robbed, my language turned the air blue. It was great to see him hit the line as he seems to have lost all confidence in himself. Hopefully, we are now back on an upward curve with him.
Typical Monday morning canters for the horses this morning, a day at home tomorrow before racing every day thereafter.
I received a text messages after Hazzaar had jumped two fences form someone who follows my thoughts page. He was asking why the horse isn't making the running when I said that would be the plan and why Johnny had such a hold of him. The joy of iphones and probadly most phones now is a block button.
