Rebekah Rabbit has gone to visit Black Sam Bellamy this afternoon, her stable was filled with a 3-year-old full brother to Spirit of Shankly heading to Doncaster May sale.

A few breezed through on the woodchip others cantered 3 miles on the sand. Geoff and Norma were here to see their 2-year-old colt who is now riding away around the school.

I watched no racing this afternoon as I was concentrating solely on the rugby, the last 20 minuets were heart stopping stuff, I just couldn’t have bared it had Wales come back to beat us after we played them into the ground for 60 minuets.

No racing tomorrow so I am off to support Sholto and Tilly in the cross country championships. There are a few to ride out beforehand.
