The 3-year old’s who look as if they’re going to be earlier types stepped up a bit today swinging through on the woodchip. Those with weekend entries did a little bit on the woodchip too.  

Loug Derg Leader seems to have come out of his race in good shape, we will give him time and see where we are in 3 weeks’ time. When I walked around at 10 O’clock last night he had a handful of feed left but not a nut in sight at 5.30 this morning.

The ground could just be prefect for Brandon Hill at Uttoxeter on Saturday, it has dried back a bit today with rain forecast Friday night into Saturday morning which will hopefully put it on the soft side of good to soft for us.
