Triopas is fine this morning.

Quiet canters for all those that worked yesterday, given the weather forecast, I fear that they too could be soon in the field with their heads down eating grass. I can’t recall shipping horses out to grass in these numbers so early in the year previously.

Midnight Henry and Fair Kate headed home for the summer, prior to doing so David and Pam Richards along with our racing manager Stan watched Midnight Henry canter around the sand before loose schooling. A lovely thing for them all to see having witnessed him landing on the ground 3 year ago.

He’s a Goer, ran a creditable race finishing second at Warwick. This will be to his determent as the handicapper will now, no doubt, up his mark making life harder again for him.
