We are getting there with the steam cleaning and painting of the barns, we have the middle row of the middle barn and the stables along the back wall to get finished. Until the builders move out they will have to wait. The yard is being tarmaced next week, the wooden office has its foundations in. The floor is being poured on Monday and the yard will be done on Tuesday and Wednesday. I will miss all the action as I will be at Goffs Ireland restocking with 3 year olds to run and sell. The sorting of the yard will be very satifying, it has been a dust bowl in the summer and a mess in the winter. Living on the side of a hill presents its challenges when it comes to the water run off. The widening of the jumping lane is also getting there. Previously, I have always had to swap the fences for the hurdles, having a line of hurdles and fences available at anytime of the day will make life a lot easier. Time efficency is everything in our busy days.

We have 2 shares left in Enchancia, he is a 4 year old by Milan ex Dancingwithbubbles, (pictured below) he won his only start in a madien p2p at Colthestone on 16th May. £5,000 / share + £413 / month all inclusive training fees excluding raceday exenses and vet bills. He is a fun hardy horse who still has some maturing to do ans will win his races. He is currently at grass and will be back in work at the end of July. Please get in touch if you would like to be involved. In my experince horses by Milan do nothing but improve with time.
