Apart from one very heavy, freezing rain shower we had a beautiful morning. Lamanver Alchemy and Very Intense schooled over 8 hurdles on the schooling strip. Both jumped with accuracy and fluency. It is vital that when we are working away we remember to look up. We really do live in the most amazing spot. On the second picture you will be able to see The Black Mountains in the sky line. Last week they were covered in snow.

Sir Egbert having a canter around the sand gallop. Can you spot him!

The most amazing veiws from the top of the gallop.

There are 30 entries for the maiden at Larkhill on Sunday and we will be praying for a split. Both horses are in good heart and will take some beating.

Allstar Vinnie, the horse purchased yesterday for The Tom Lacey Racing Club. We are still recurting members, so please do get in touch if you think The Club would be of interest to you.

Mr Poole, a market stall holder in Birmingham city center has been told by the council to turn off his CD's of Christmas songs as it is noise polution. There has been no complaints but unless he adheres to the request he will be fined. Whatever next.
