Typical Monday morning canters for the horses this morning. 

The Point to Point authority are now very happy to shout from their roof tops about Energumene since winning at Larkhill. He is now potentially the best two-mile novice chaser in the world and started his racing life at Larkhill. It doesn’t seem that long ago I was at logger heads with the Point to Point authority. They went out of their way to stop four years running at Larkhill until May. It is no secret that the man in charge voiced his reasons for doing so and my name was at the front of the conversation. Their actions ruined many years of good work towards the commercial aspect of the young UK point to point horses when it was just gathering some serious momentum. I will be leaving it to others now to get that momentum back.
