David John ran a nice race, he jumped nicely and travelled throughout the race, had he not over jumped the last he would have been 2^nd instead of 3^rd. He tries his hardest and no one can ask for more than that. His day will come again.

Snapdragon Fire also ran a very nice race, he got squeezed out of the home bend, lost his way for a while and galloped through the line. The winner had flown coming out of the back and looked impressive, annoying to bump into one but that is all too often the way in racing, it competitive at all levels and everything has to click on the day.
