Typical Monday morning for the horses, how time flies - it only seems 24 hours ago I wrote the same sentence.

New Member win yesterday was a very nice surprise. As I eluded to on Saturday, I thought his handicap mark was steep and that he would struggle. He has just improved with every run, loves his racing, his hurdling was slick and most importantly he never leaves a nut and is easy to train.  One never gets bored of that winning feeling, but it was made even more special by seeing the immense enjoyment he gives his owners. They know how to enjoy themselves and appreciate how difficult it is to get a horse on the track let alone win twice and be placed twice in 5 runs. For as long as the horse is enjoying himself, thriving on his racing we will keep enjoying him and looking for the most suitable opportunities for him.

We have a few entries this week at Warwick and Lingfield. The weather will, as always play its part. Running decisions will be made as the week progresses.
