Thomas Patrick and Kateson are fine this morning, not a nut left in either feed bowl this morning.

The horses have covered plenty of yards this week and most had quiet canters up the hill or around the sand.

Coningsby served it up to the winner best he could, we thought being aggressive was our only chance of winning yet he was found wanting by a horse with more ability on the day.

Blackbow hit the target again in Leopardstown, he put the race to bed very quickly off the home bend and certainly looks a very good horse. He is proof alone, it doesn't matter what side of the Irish sea they win on, a good horse is a good horse.
