First Du Charmil and Pinnacle Peter have come out of their races in good shape. This morning most horses put in some hard steady miles on the sand gallop.

Russian Service heads to Sandown tomorrow, the handicapper has taken no chance with him after his win at Chepstow 4 weeks ago. The race looks competitive, he’s in good heart.

I have spent the afternoon and early evening on the computer, only stopping for evening stables.

I now have blurred vision.
