Pounding Poet is a little race sore, that is common place in young horses not having had much racing. Otherwise, he seems in good shape. 

This morning we worked Kateson, Lossiemouth, Black Anthem, Highstakesplayer, Yes no maybe so, Competition, Lamanver Storm, Glory and Honour and Ginny’s Destiny. New Moon failed to get high enough and ejected Stan, Stan blamed himself, I need to re-watch it to see if I agree or not. Stan felt he rode him at the fence too aggressively. It happens and I like horses being ridden into fences rather than someone hanging out the back of them, getting them in too tight and losing valuable lengths. Horses that don’t jump well win a lot less than those who do. We will be getting New Moon over some poles and getting him up in the air as I thought he was too flat over all the fences from flag fall.
