Yesterdays runners are in in one piece and seem in good heart this morning. Onwards and upwards for them. 

Those in full work put in some hard yards around the sand before heading up the hill, Sir Egbert jumped eight hurdles in preparation for his run at Warwick. Adrimel had a little blow on the hill before he heads to Newbury tomorrow. To read my thoughts click here.

I thought the track beat Fair Kate as much as anything else, 2 miles around Kempton looked too sharp for her. Capac stepped forward and will be winning races, it was nice to see Eamonn happy as he was most upset after his debut over hurdles around Warwick. Eamonn puts so much effort in he deserves some luck and it will come for sure on what I saw today. Christopher Robin reminds me of my school reports.
