Tom Bennett and Nico having won the Exeter bumper on Thursday evening, Tom sold his horse Glory and Honour to Ashley Head and Jerry Hinds during the summer. 

Glory and Fortune, Tea Clipper, Immortal Fame, Vado Forte, Neville’s Cross, Dorking Boy, Scipion, Algesiras, Polydora, Pounding Poet, Lagonda, Velasco, Marty Time, Stung for Cash, Floating Rock and You Name Him all worked having warmed up on the sand. The majority of the other horses covered the same ground just in a slower gear up the hill.

Our Weatherbys Bank sand gallop was most grateful for the rain and now rides like a carpet, we now have a man who’s looking after it throughout the morning rather than one of us having to rush down there on a tractor between lots, it is certainly proving to be a big help.
